                                                                      STAFF REMUNERATIONS



• MOLEK Schools operates a fixed ENTRY POINT salary structure, i.e. salary on first employment.

 

• Entry point salary depends essentially on educational qualification

 

• University graduates in Education or with Post-graduate Degree in Education (PGDE) will have advantage over those with "ordinary"         University degree.

 

• The entry point salary is reviewed upwards from time to time (at least every three years)

 

• We operate a twelve months salary system, i.e. our staff are paid even for the school holiday periods

 

• We have a reputation of regular payment of salary since establishment of the school in September2007.

 

• We  also pay salary bonus at the end of each session, as may be found desirable.

 

• There is a regular annual salary increment for satisfactory performance

 

• There are other nonmonetary incentives for our staff.
